We hope this message finds you well. As we prepare for the upcoming 2026 season, we require all teams to confirm their participation by completing the Intent to Return form.

Key Details:

• Action Required: Log in to your club portal and complete the Intent to Return form.
• Deadline: Dec 31st, 2025.
• Important Notice: Any team that does not submit the form by the deadline will not be included in the 2026 season. No exceptions will be made, and excuses will not be entertained after the deadline.

Note: If you have sold your team, please ensure that you complete the Intent to Return form on behalf of the new owner and share the list of questions with them so they are fully aware of the guidelines for returning in the 2026 season.

Your timely response is crucial for us to plan effectively and ensure a smooth start to the season. Please take a moment to complete the form as soon as possible to secure your team’s spot.
